More backbench MPs are being given close protection details following a rise in threats as the Israel-Hamas war continues to rage, Sky News understands.
Three female MPs have been given both bodyguards and chauffeur-driven cars after a risk assessment by the secretive royal and VIP executive committee (Ravec), which oversees the security of the royal family and senior politicians. This is a small clip of my interview on Sky News.
