Overexposed

Overexposed

Ordinary details, put together, can say more about you than you would choose.

Personal Exposure Review

What a stranger could learn about you, and what can be done about it.

If your wealth or profile has grown, a good deal about you already sits in official files and online. Some of it must stay public. Much of the rest can be removed or made harder to find. The harder question is which pieces matter, given who might be looking and why; the review answers it.

Why it matters now

Records given to one authority are often shared with others and kept for years (in 2024, international tax exchange alone covered more than 171 million financial accounts1). The more places a record is held, the more places it can leak from. AI tools have made it far quicker to link scattered records.

What we look for

A planning application tells a stranger very little. Set beside a tagged photograph from an event, it can reveal your routine.

We search official records and online sources, then confirm which of it is really about you. Where it helps and they agree, we can include those close to you. The report shows what the pieces say once they sit side by side. Where a match is uncertain (two people can share a name), we establish which record is yours, and tell you plainly when that can’t be settled.

The review is our own work, carried out by analysts with a UK government intelligence background and an independent consultant with senior international experience in digital investigation and executive protection. Philip reads every report before it reaches you.

What you receive

A detailed review within seven to ten working days. Every finding is sourced, with our view on which ones matter in your circumstances and why, and what can be removed or reduced. Afterwards, a complimentary conversation in person or by video call to talk through your options.

When to ask

A business sale announced to the market, a first appearance on a rich list, a planning dispute that reached the press or a move to a new country often prompts one. So does a sense of being overexposed.

If someone’s behaviour is already causing concern, tell us; we will assess that first.
